Estimates
Estimates are free and carry no obligation, whether by phone, by photo or in person. You are never charged for asking.
Booking and deposits
Jobs are booked without a deposit.
Cancelling or rescheduling
- Cancel or move a job free of charge with at least 24 hours notice by phone or text.
- With less notice, or if we arrive and cannot access the work, a trip fee of set out in your estimate may apply.
- If weather or safety makes a job impossible, we reschedule at no charge.
Payment
You approve the final price on site before work starts, and payment is due when the job is finished. If the job changes while we are there, we stop and re-quote before continuing.
Refunds
- A deposit is refunded in full if you cancel before we dispatch, within 10 business days.
- If we cannot perform a job you have prepaid for, we refund the prepayment in full.
- If a job is stopped part way, you are charged only for the work actually done and any costs already incurred.
Our come-back promise
If something on the agreed list was missed, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and finish it at no extra charge. Items that were not on the agreed list are quoted separately.
Problems
Call or text (708) 560-6177 within 48 hours of the job. We answer within two business days and, where something is our fault, we fix it. Please contact us before starting a card chargeback, because a conversation is faster for both of us. Anything we cannot resolve is handled under the disputes section of our Terms of Service.
